Dear Kevin Van Aert and the Sunset Glass Staff,

 

We want you to know how much we appreciate the excellent customer service you recently provided for us. We are very pleased with the windows you installed in our home. When the window order unexpectedly did not come together as any of us had planned… we realize that although you were not necessarily required to… you went above and beyond to satisfy us.

 

The installation crew were truly professional, courteous, and had a desire to ‘make it right’.

We will definitely be ordering more windows for our home from you next year.
